Boxers vie for middleweight title

Native Boxers Aim to Claim TitleOn Friday, September 12, George ‘Comanche Boy’ Tahdooahnippah will fight Jonathan Corn for the Native American Boxing Council, (NABC) Super Middleweight Title at the Comanche Nation Casino in Lawton, Oklahoma.

“We are excited to begin to crown professional Native American Boxers in each weight division,” said Gerald Wofford, President of the NABC. “Tadooahnippah and Corn are two fighters who certainly deserve to fight for a Championship Belt.”

The NABC was created to spotlight and promote professional and amateur Native American Boxers. The professional fighters of the NABC are ranked in each of the nine weight divisions with an opportunity to be crowned in that division. The NABC is affiliated with the North American Boxing Federation and the World Boxing Council.
