Big-B and his radio mixshow

'Groove Central' Seeks a Wider AudienceBrutus Baez, or Big-B, is the music director of KWSO 91.9 FM in Warm Springs, Ore. He hosts his own mixshow, "Groove Central," which showcases Native hip-hop and R&B artists. Big-B is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.

"Groove Central" airs on Fridays from 11 p.m. to midnight and Tuesday nights from 10 to 11.

Big-B has been at KWSO since September 2006 and started up "Groove Central" in October 2007.

"This show is the first of its kind," said Big-B. "We're trying to broadcast our music as Native artists to a wider audience."

    GET THE WORD OUT!

    He should seriously check into the requirements for online radio followed by a barrage of heavy duty marketing via every available Native media outlet.

    He's in an excellent locale for it - the awesome Pacific Northwest!
