Senate committee is Olbermann's "worst person"

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann: United States Senate Committee on Indian Affairs "Worst Person In The World"--02/08/10As Olbermann notes, the response to weather-related emergencies in South Dakota and Arizona has been slow. But I'm not sure I'd blame the Senate committee for not jumping on this issue. Isn't it more appropriate to blame the "person" closer to the problem? Why not the BIA or FEMA?
