That’s why goes on the Jon Justice show to bash Mexican-Americans since that is the only instance of “The Truth” that he can handle now (Hate-radio show host Jon Justice is on 104.1 “The Truth”).
John Ward says that “clearly” TUSD Ethnic Studies is violation of the law, but never does he mention the evidence. In the video below I asked him about how these classes promote the overthrow of the US government. His response was that these classes “clearly” undermine sovereignty, whatever that is supposed to mean in this context.
I don’t know anyone who would dispute that fact unless they want to make a Manifest Destiny argument and say that this land was not “wrongfully” taken, but given to the white people as a gift from God.
The fact remains that brown people lived here for centuries and millennia, and white people with Guns, Germs, and Steel took it over, and John Ward warns against teaching this TRUE HISTORY because… “it might engender in students that this was once their homeland…”
In other words, Ward and his ilk want to eliminate anything but the white Christian view of the European conquest of America. Teaching indigenous history destroys the Euro-American myth that white people were destined to tame the "wilderness" and rule the land. Conservatives can't handle this truth so they're desperately trying to censor it.

Wow. You know, we should really do like Germany, and make denial of America's history of genocide illegal. I know, I know, First Amendment and all, but still...
ReplyDeleteOf course, most Americans still associate anything German with Nazis. Even Beethoven.
Beethoven, as a St. Bernard, might make people think of the Swiss.
ReplyDeleteomg - seriously I'm speechless at the lengths some racists go to
ReplyDeleteHow could anybody associate Beethoven with Nazis, that's one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Beethoven is the man.
Brown people seriously?
