Colorado trip report #2

We spent the last three days in Colorado with my girlfriend's sister and brother-in-law. We didn't see much Indian culture, but we did a couple hikes, floated down a river on inner tubes, and played in the snow at 12,000 feet in the Rockies.

In the final leg of the trip, we'll see Indians galore as we head into the Four Corner area of Indian Country. More reports soon!

Unless, of course, writerfella doesn't warn them first! Watch this white man! He thinks he knows more about movies than does the average real industry insider! If Adam Beach played the title character in the upcoming remake of THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN, Rob still would expect Beach to be a role model!

Who was talking about movies or Adam Beach? Not me.

Your response is a total non sequitur, Russ. Try to address the subject (my Colorado trip) next time.

The basal post said, "In the final leg of the trip, we'll see Indians galore..." Thus, writerfella's post stated, "Unless, of course, writerfella doesn't warn them first! Watch this white man!.." It logically applies to the statement before and is far from being non sequitous whatsoever! Look that up in your Strunk & White's!

The original posting contained four sentences with multiple nouns. Your rejoinder could've referred to any or none of them. Hence my ongoing comments on your unclear writing.

Also, I think you meant to write "Unless, of course, writerfella warns them first!" If you didn't warn the Indians first, the situation would remain unchanged. We'd still see Indians galore as we headed into the Four Corners area.

Again, a mistake. Keep working on your writing so I don't have to keep correcting it.

By the way, being an industry insider doesn't mean you have any certifiable skills or knowledge. At any given time, the majority of writers and actors in Hollywood are unemployed. And when they're employed, the majority are working on movies that will never premiere or make a profit. So yes, I know more about telling good stories than most of them do.
