And today writerfella served as Grand Marshal of the Anadarko Centennial Parade and even set up abooth at the celebration displaying his writing accomplishments for the public to see. TV news cameras came by and reporters for newsprint came by, but writerfella most was pleased by the number of people who came by to see his exhibits. And when they heard that the local library will receive a copy of the 4-disc DVD of The Animated STAR TREK, they almost all were excited that finally they all would be able to see writerfella's much-famed episode of that series. There used t be a phrase, "The poet is without honor in his own land." writerfella no longer believes in it..
