The Eiteljorg's holdings

The Eiteljorg Museum is one of the best Native-themed museums I've seen. It's comparable to the Southwest Museum/Autry Museum collaboration in Los Angeles and the George Gustav Heye Center of the National Museum of the American Indian in New York. If you're ever in Indianapolis, Rob says check it out.

No one asked. I'm probably the only one who had time to look at the exhibits. I suspect the Eiteljorg doesn't have that many old objects, so it may not be an issue. It's more of an art museum than an artifact museum.

Since they've done shows on Indians and Andy Warhol, Indians and Roy Lichtenstein, and Indians and comic books, they might be amenable to something on Indians and science fiction.

I think it would be up to you to contact them about doing a program. You'd want to suggest panelists, topics of discussion, and visual displays (paintings, book covers, animation cels, etc.).
