I heard about this video a couple of days ago over on Indianz.com, watched it and was truly disgusted. I flagged it as inappropriate and I urge everyone else to do the same.
Yeah, this guy is a complete jackass. I did a flash video of him soon after he posted his Chief Two Dogs video. When I first uploaded it, he posted a response video telling me how hard and rough he is, and how he is going to track me down, and kick the shit out of me. I posted a response for him to meet me on DCE. He didn't show! View vid here:

Good job. The video is "appropriate" here only because this website exists to identify and expose Native stereotyping (among other things). If people realize how common anti-Indian thinking still is, they won't be so blasé about it.
