Indian culture strikes back

Falling totem pole kills boy at Pa. campA 13-foot totem pole fell and struck a boy on the first day of Boy Scout camp, killing the 9-year-old, police said Monday.

Tyler O. Shope, of Shermans Dale, died of head and chest injuries Sunday afternoon, Perry County Coroner Michael Shalonis said.

That is a REALLY tasteless headline considering a little boy was killed.

How about "Indians get revenge for 500 years of cultural appropriation"? I think that would've been worse.

I commented extensively on Anna Nicole Smith's death without mourning her loss to humanity. This posting is similar in that regard.

But I'm sorry if the headline offends you. They can't all be winners. :-(

That's what I was hinting at in a semi-facetious way--that some karma was involved in this incident.
