Amazonia--Two characters of the "group of good guys" are Brazilian Natives. There are encounters with actual Yanomamo, and the book centers around an undiscovered but rumored jungle tribe.
Ice Hunt--Has several Inuit, including the love interest of the male hero (a woman who is an Inuit sheriff from some Alaska county). Major involvement with Inuit legends and language.
Deep Fathom--Has a minor Inuit character. The book involves the idea of lost continent of Mu, with mentions of possible Maya connections.
These are bestseller novels. But to my knowledge, none has been optioned for a movie. If Amazonia and Ice Hunt were adapted into film, I expect they would keep the significant Native content and hire Native actors. The Native element in Deep Fathom is minor and might easily be lost in adaptation.

I wonder if he is the writer responsible for the "Apocalypto" look of the Indians who appeared in the movie, "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."
