Evacuees Return, Find Reservation DestroyedThe residents of the La Jolla Indian reservation were among the last of the fire victims to return home Wednesday.

Now begins the rebuilding process, but erosion and flooding are big concerns. Tribal leaders are discussing a mitigation plan. They said they want to be prepared for other disasters.
The tribe does not have gaming and they depend a lot on revenue from camping. Because the area is devastated, that is a vital source of money they are losing.
