Apaches in Hondo

I recently watched John Wayne's 1953 movie Hondo, which "tells the adventures of a cavalry scout and his relation with a frontier woman and her son at an isolated ranch." Its treatment of Indians supposedly was progressive for the time, but not really. You can read my review of it in Apaches in Hondo.
