Tonight Show (11/13/09), Conan O'Brien riffed on the 2012 hype with this joke:
This is weird. Despite predictions from the ancient Mayan calendar, NASA has released a statement saying the world will not end in 2012. [cheers, applause] Thank you. Yeah.
Yeah, instead--instead it'll end this holiday season with the release of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. That's when--that's the end.

I actually saw this joke air. The first time I'd seen Conan since I saw him do a Bob Dole but. And that was during the Clinton vs Dole election.
I have also seen 2012. No Native content at all. I am not counting a couple of hurried references to a Mayan prophecy.
