Quileute Days in LaPush this weekend highlight traditions--with a bit of 'Twilight' thrown inBy Paige DickersonThe Quileute cultural arts program Saturday starting at 2 p.m. will feature the Wolf Dancers as well as the tribe's special guest for the three-day festival, Solomon Trimble.
Trimble plays a Quileute boy in the movie version of "Twilight."
Native American himself--Mescalero Apache and Lakota--Trimble will share some of his personal poetry during the performance.
"I am superexcited to participate in this activity," Trimble said.
"I look forward to the ceremonial dances with the Wolf Dancers."And:
Autographed photos of Trimble will be available for $5. To get a picture taken with the actor on First Beach will cost $10.
