Billy Black™
I’m a direct descendant of Ephraim Black. He was the last chief of the Quileute Indians.
I am in the need of a wheel chair to maneuver around, for my illness has left me crippled and unable to walk. I don’t need your pity. I have grown quite used to my wheels. I’m still blessed with the abilities that I do have.
Who I'd like to meet:
I’m a relatively friendly person, just as long as you’re not a vampire. I’m willing to meet anyone who is of the Quileute tribe; any werewolves, too.
For more on the subject, see Quileute Werewolves in Twilight.

I didn't mention some detail about Gil Birmingham. He plays Billy Black, who is the 2nd most seen Native character in the books. Billy Black is one of the few Native characters in the books who lacks the werewolf gene.
My response:
I wonder if this is significant. What I mean is: Native actor doesn't change into wolf, while non-Native actor does change into wolf. Why the dichotomy? Because if Twilight showed Natives transforming into wolves, it would suggest a stereotypical subtext to the movie? Namely, Natives as beast-men?
