By Christa LawlerThe film stars actor Tantoo Cardinal, who was in “Dances with Wolves” and “Legends of the Fall,” Valerie Red-Horse and Kimberly Norris, and was a small-budget piece funded by grants from the American Film Institute and Native American Public Broadcasting Consortium and produced with volunteer actors and stage crews.
