Yes on Proposition 94, 95, 96, & 97
Comment: Unlike the previous ad I analyzed, this one uses the phrase "Indian gaming tribes," at least. But that's the only mention of what Schwarzenegger is talking about. You won't learn what you're voting for--an expansion of four casinos--in this ad.
Schwarzenegger has done a huge turnaround (i.e., flip-flop) on Indian gaming, of course. He used to be noticeably anti-Indian. In fact, he's appeared four times in the Stereotype of the Month contest for insulting Indians.

The 'Governator' indeed once much was against tribal casinoes, until he found that Native votes in California were a force with which to be reckoned. And so he switched logs in the middle of the political stream, and -- Great Cooga Mooga! -- was re-elected! Now California state government is bein assisted by Native casino funds, and so such casinoes are of benefit, both fiscally and politically. Who says that governors do not always know who is holding the butter...?

POSTSCRIPTUM -- Lo and behold, The Governator delivered an address and a list of budgetary reductions that must be acted on forthwith, as the State of California now faces a shortfall of over $14 billions. Whereas originally he opposed any further Native casinoes in California, is it any wonder...?
