On Oct. 18, Fulcrum Publishing will release The Mitsitam Cafe Cookbook: Recipes from the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian. The cookbook is available online, and presumably in the museum gift shop as well. Recipes range from squash blossom soup to pulled buffalo sandwich with chayote slaw.
